Space Rules
The studio can only be used during the reserved hours. Early entry or extensions require prior agreement.
Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. Please use designated outdoor areas.
Outside food and drinks are allowed, but guests are responsible for cleaning up afterward.
All equipment and furniture must be returned to their original positions after use. Any damages may result in additional charges.
Loud noise, parties, or disruptive behavior are not allowed.
Pets may be allowed upon prior request and confirmation.
The number of guests must not exceed the booking limit. Unauthorized extra guests may incur additional fees.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If the hire fee is fully refunded, the guest service fee will also be fully refunded.
- If only partial hire fee is refunded, the guest service fee will not be refunded.
- If a booking is cancelled due to the host's fault, total payment will be refunded. In this case, the guest must not cancel the booking directly and request a cancellation from the host.
- SpaceCloud refund policy takes precedence over a host's refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
- An event starts more than 3 hours after payment
- → Full refund for cancellation made within 2 hours of payment
- e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 15:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:00, total payment will be refunded.
- An event starts within 3 hours of payment
- → Full refund for cancellation made within 15 minutes of payment
- e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 17:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:15, total payment will be refunded.
- A promo code that has been used may be re-issued only under the conditions set out below. Once re-issued, the new promo code will be available in the booking details screen after cancellation.
- Eligible for re-issue
- If the full payment amount is refunded and the promo code is still within its validity period at the time of cancellation.
- e.g., A promo code valid from 1–30 September is used for a booking that is fully refunded and cancelled on 29 September
- → the promo code will be re-issued with the same validity period (1–30 September).
- Not eligible for re-issue
- - If the promo code has already expired at the time of cancellation
- - If only a partial refund is issued

- 30% refund for cancellation made at least 4 days before the event.
- 50% refund for cancellation made at least 5 days before the event.
- 60% refund for cancellation made at least 6 days before the event.
- 70% refund for cancellation made at least 7–14 days before the event.
- Full refund for cancellation made at least 15–30 days before the event.
- Full refund for cancellation made at least 31 days before the event.
