Space Rules
A £100 + VAT check-out cleaning fee will be added to every booking. If this is not paid at the time of booking, the landlord has the right to deduct this fee from the tenant's refundable damage deposit. The shutters must be closed every night. For any installations on the walls, the tenant must use the gallery’s installation technician at a rate of £20p/hr. A professional production tea, can be used, but information of the team must be sent to the landlord prior to check-in. No fixings to the ceiling or floor. No sale of alcohol. No adhesives to either the sign above the front window or the interior white walls. Any queuing must not inhibit access for neighbours. If queues inhibit access for neighbours, the landlord has the right to make deductions from tenants' refundable damage deposit as reparations for loss of sale for neighbours.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
      SpaceCloud Cancellation & Refund PolicyGuest service fee refunds for all bookings follow this policy:
      1. If the hire fee is fully refunded, the guest service fee will also be fully refunded.
      2. If only partial hire fee is refunded, the guest service fee will not be refunded.
      3. If a booking is cancelled due to the host's fault, total payment will be refunded. In this case, the guest must not cancel the booking directly and request a cancellation from the host.
      4. SpaceCloud refund policy takes precedence over a host's refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
        5. An event starts more than 3 hours after payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 2 hours of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 15:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:00, total payment will be refunded.
          An event starts within 3 hours of payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 15 minutes of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 17:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:15, total payment will be refunded.
      6. A promo code that has been used may be re-issued only under the conditions set out below. Once re-issued, the new promo code will be available in the booking details screen after cancellation.
        7. Eligible for re-issue
        1. If the full payment amount is refunded and the promo code is still within its validity period at the time of cancellation.
        2. e.g., A promo code valid from 1–30 September is used for a booking that is fully refunded and cancelled on 29 September
        3. → the promo code will be re-issued with the same validity period (1–30 September).
          Not eligible for re-issue
        1. - If the promo code has already expired at the time of cancellation
        2. - If only a partial refund is issued
        3. - If the payment is non-refundable
Host's Cancellation & Refund Policy A host’s refund policy applies to the hire fee, while guest service fee refunds follow SpaceCloud’s policy.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 6 days of the event.
  • 50% refund for cancellation made between 29 and 7 days before the event.
  • Full refund for cancellation made at least 30 days before the event.
