Space Rules
Respectful Conduct: Treat the space and fellow creatives with respect. We encourage a positive and collaborative environment. No Smoking: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within the building. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. Noise Levels: Keep noise levels at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours. Pets Policy: While we love animals, pets are generally not allowed unless specified in advance. Please check with us for any exceptions. Security and Access: Ensure that doors are securely closed and locked when leaving the space. Report any security concerns promptly. Clean-Up: Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Please leave the space in the condition you found it. £60 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive mess. Nudity No nudity allowed in this space as windows look out on public area. Noise Levels: Keep noise levels at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours. Be mindful of neighbouring spaces and our community.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
      SpaceCloud Cancellation & Refund PolicyGuest service fee refunds for all bookings follow this policy:
      1. If the hire fee is fully refunded, the guest service fee will also be fully refunded.
      2. If only partial hire fee is refunded, the guest service fee will not be refunded.
      3. If a booking is cancelled due to the host's fault, total payment will be refunded. In this case, the guest must not cancel the booking directly and request a cancellation from the host.
      4. SpaceCloud refund policy takes precedence over a host's refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
        5. An event starts more than 3 hours after payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 2 hours of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 15:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:00, total payment will be refunded.
          An event starts within 3 hours of payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 15 minutes of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 17:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:15, total payment will be refunded.
      6. A promo code that has been used may be re-issued only under the conditions set out below. Once re-issued, the new promo code will be available in the booking details screen after cancellation.
        7. Eligible for re-issue
        1. If the full payment amount is refunded and the promo code is still within its validity period at the time of cancellation.
        2. e.g., A promo code valid from 1–30 September is used for a booking that is fully refunded and cancelled on 29 September
        3. → the promo code will be re-issued with the same validity period (1–30 September).
          Not eligible for re-issue
        1. - If the promo code has already expired at the time of cancellation
        2. - If only a partial refund is issued
        3. - If the payment is non-refundable

  • No refund for cancellation made within 7–14 days of the event.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 15–30 days of the event.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 31 days of the event.
