1. Booking Time Please use the room only during your reserved hours. Entry is available up to 15 minutes before, and we ask that you vacate the space within 15 minutes after your session. 2. Capacity The room can accommodate up to 6 people. For safety and comfort, please do not exceed this. 3. Food & Drinks Light snacks, lunch and drinks are welcome. Please avoid strong-smelling food. 4. Equipment Use Treat the screen, cables, whiteboard, and furniture with care. If you experience any issues, let us know immediately. 5. Decorations No tape, stickers, blue tack, or anything that may damage walls, floors, or furniture.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
      SpaceCloud Cancellation & Refund PolicyGuest service fee refunds for all bookings follow this policy:
      1. If the hire fee is fully refunded, the guest service fee will also be fully refunded.
      2. If only partial hire fee is refunded, the guest service fee will not be refunded.
      3. If a booking is cancelled due to the host's fault, total payment will be refunded. In this case, the guest must not cancel the booking directly and request a cancellation from the host.
      4. SpaceCloud refund policy takes precedence over a host's refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
        1. An event starts more than 3 hours after payment
        2. → Full refund for cancellation made within 2 hours of payment
        3. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 15:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:00, total payment will be refunded.
          An event starts within 3 hours of payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 15 minutes of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 17:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:15, total payment will be refunded.
      5. A promo code that has been used may be re-issued only under the conditions set out below. Once re-issued, the new promo code will be available in the booking details screen after cancellation.
        1. Eligible for re-issue
        2. If the full payment amount is refunded and the promo code is still within its validity period at the time of cancellation.
        3. e.g., A promo code valid from 1–30 September is used for a booking that is fully refunded and cancelled on 29 September
        4. → the promo code will be re-issued with the same validity period (1–30 September).
          Not eligible for re-issue
        1. - If the promo code has already expired at the time of cancellation
        2. - If only a partial refund is issued
        3. - If the payment is non-refundable
Host's Cancellation & Refund Policy A host’s refund policy applies to the hire fee, while guest service fee refunds follow SpaceCloud’s policy.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 6 days of the event.
  • 50% refund for cancellation made between 29 and 7 days before the event.
  • Full refund for cancellation made at least 30 days before the event.
