Space Rules
Respect the space – Please handle mats, furniture, and equipment with care and return items to their original places. Clean up – Wipe down surfaces, mats, and craft areas after use; bins are provided for rubbish. Kitchen & refreshments – Tea, coffee, and fresh water are available; please tidy up after use. Noise & safety – Keep noise considerate; no smoking or vaping indoors. Timing – Stick to your booked session times to allow smooth turnover. Personal belongings – Leave at your own risk; the host isn’t responsible for lost items. Pets & children – Pets only if pre-approved; children must be supervised. Professional use only – Perfect for wellness, coaching, workshops, meetings; no parties or illegal activities.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
      SpaceCloud Cancellation & Refund PolicyGuest service fee refunds for all bookings follow this policy:
      1. If the hire fee is fully refunded, the guest service fee will also be fully refunded.
      2. If only partial hire fee is refunded, the guest service fee will not be refunded.
      3. If a booking is cancelled due to the host's fault, total payment will be refunded. In this case, the guest must not cancel the booking directly and request a cancellation from the host.
      4. SpaceCloud refund policy takes precedence over a host's refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
        5. An event starts more than 3 hours after payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 2 hours of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 15:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:00, total payment will be refunded.
          An event starts within 3 hours of payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 15 minutes of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 17:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:15, total payment will be refunded.
      6. A promo code that has been used may be re-issued only under the conditions set out below. Once re-issued, the new promo code will be available in the booking details screen after cancellation.
        7. Eligible for re-issue
        1. If the full payment amount is refunded and the promo code is still within its validity period at the time of cancellation.
        2. e.g., A promo code valid from 1–30 September is used for a booking that is fully refunded and cancelled on 29 September
        3. → the promo code will be re-issued with the same validity period (1–30 September).
          Not eligible for re-issue
        1. - If the promo code has already expired at the time of cancellation
        2. - If only a partial refund is issued
        3. - If the payment is non-refundable
Host's Cancellation & Refund Policy A host’s refund policy applies to the hire fee, while guest service fee refunds follow SpaceCloud’s policy.
  • No refund for cancellation made on the day of the event.
  • 50% refund for cancellation made between 1 and 6 days before the event.
  • Full refund for cancellation made at least 7 days before the event.
