1. Please ensure the space is left tidy and that all waste is properly separated after use. Additional cleaning fees may apply if restoration to the original condition is required. 2. Any damage to equipment or facilities may result in repair or replacement charges. 3. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors. 4. Out of consideration for neighbours, please keep noise and music at a reasonable level.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
      SpaceCloud Cancellation & Refund PolicyGuest service fee refunds for all bookings follow this policy:
      1. If the hire fee is fully refunded, the guest service fee will also be fully refunded.
      2. If only partial hire fee is refunded, the guest service fee will not be refunded.
      3. If a booking is cancelled due to the host's fault, total payment will be refunded. In this case, the guest must not cancel the booking directly and request a cancellation from the host.
      4. SpaceCloud refund policy takes precedence over a host's refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
        5. An event starts more than 3 hours after payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 2 hours of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 15:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:00, total payment will be refunded.
          An event starts within 3 hours of payment
        1. → Full refund for cancellation made within 15 minutes of payment
        2. e.g., An event starting at 19:00 is paid for at 17:00 → If a cancellation is made by 17:15, total payment will be refunded.
Host's Cancellation & Refund Policy A host’s refund policy applies to the hire fee, while guest service fee refunds follow SpaceCloud’s policy.

  • No refund for cancellation made within 1 day of the event.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 2 days of the event.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 3 days of the event.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 4 days of the event.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 5 days of the event.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 6 days of the event.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 7–14 days of the event.
