List Your Space in 3 Simple Steps!

Listing your space is as easy as 3 simple steps! Tap the [List your space] button on the home screen to begin. Ready to get started? 🚀

STEP 1. Place Information

’Place' means the building that contains your space. So, if you have a building called 'White Studio' with two rooms, Room A and Room B, then: → Place: White Studio → Space: Room A, Room B In Step 1, you’ll need to provide the following details! [Place Details] - Place Name - Place Exterior Photo - Place Description - Place Contact Information - Place Address [Host Details] - Host Name - Host Email - Proof of Residence (optional) - Business Type - Host Business Name - Host Business Registration Number

STEP 1 Key Points

Please upload an exterior photo of the building, focusing on the entrance, to help users find it easily. The Host Business Name should be the official registered name of your business. For the Host Business Registration Number, if your business is a Limited company (Ltd) or Community Interest Company (CIC), please provide the Company Registration Number (CRN). Sole Traders should enter their Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR), as issued by HMRC.

STEP 2. Space Information

This section is for details about the space guests will be booking. *You can only list one space at a time. In Step 2, you’ll need to provide the following details! - Space Name - Space Description - Space Type - Space Photos - Space Amenities and Facilities - CCTV Recording Device

STEP 2 Key Points

At SpaceCloud, spaces can be listed under one of six categories. Explore the Space Type Review Guide below to discover the unique features of each category and find the best fit for you!

Please upload at least five photos showcasing your space and its amenities to give guests a clearer understanding.

STEP 3. Booking Information

To ensure a smooth booking process and enjoyable space use for your guests, please provide clear and accurate booking details.

In Step 3, you’ll need to provide the following details!

• Minimum Hire Time
• Minimum & Maximum Capacity
• Space Rules
• Age Restrictions for Space Use
• Public Events in the Space
• Space Refund Policy
• Space Operating Hours
• Space Base Price
• Space Pricing Details

STEP 3 Key Points

Space Rules Please provide the rules for using your space to ensure guests are aware of the key guidelines, helping ensure a smooth experience for all. * No smoking, pet policies, whether parties are allowed, etc. Cancellation and Refund Policy Please clearly outline your cancellation and refund policy to help guests understand the terms if they need to change or cancel their booking. If a guest doesn’t show up or cancels shortly before the event date, refunds will follow the host’s policy. Please clearly state any specific terms you have. * Cancellation notice periods, refund percentages, fees, etc. Operating Hours Please specify the operating hours of your space. This will allow guests to easily check availability. * Weekday hours, weekend closures, etc. Pricing Information Please provide a breakdown of your pricing details. Let guests know if prices vary depending on the date/time or if any additional charges apply. * Additional guest charges, weekend/holiday surcharges, etc.

With all steps completed, you're now ready to submit your review request.

🔍 How to Request a Space Review After entering all the required information, please click the [Apply to List Your Space] button. Our review team will review your application within 5 business days, and you'll receive the results via email. ✅ If Approved: Your space will go live and be ready for guests to book. ❗ If Pending: We'll email you with any details that need adjustment. Please reply with the revised information so we can get your space listed.
